Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Herb Mudita. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product is not from the non-returnable category (see Section 2).

A valid proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is provided.

To request a return, email us at contact@herbmudita.com with your order details and reason for return.

2.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Products with broken seals

Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Personalized or custom-made items

3.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be Credited to you within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy
Replacement/Exchange deliveries will be done within 5-7 business days.

5.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please:

Contact us at contact@herbmudita.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We will verify and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, as applicable.

6.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at contact@herbmudita.com with your order number.
